Visitors:
Parkway traffic was up today. There were many visitors from out of state;
some stopped and had questions.
Weather:
Low clouds with 50-90% coverage throughout the watch. Temperatures ranged
from 3-10C and then started to fall back near the end of the day.
Visibility a steady 5 all day with calm NE breezes.
Raptor Observations:
Birds were up and on the east side. All but three came through between 12
and 2. Very few TVs seen today.
Non-raptor Observations:
