Today at Weyanoke I birded with several other birders finding a good variety of
migrants. 13 species of Warblers were seen. A Blackburian Warbler , female
Wilson's Warbler and Yellow Throated Vireo were the highlights for me .
Everyone did get to view the Blackburian Warbler with some hard work relocating
it several times. Other birds were 2 Swainson's Thrush , 2 Cedar Waxwing , 3
Red Eyed Vireo , 4 Parula Warbler , 6 Magnolia Warbler , 2 Black Throated Blue
Warbler , 2 Myrtle Warbler , 20+ Blackpoll Warblers , 5 Black & White Warbler ,
6 American Redstart , 1 Ovenbird , 1 Northern water Thrush 10 + Common
Yelowthroat , 4 Canada Warbler , 1 Summer Tanager , 3 Scarlet Tanager and 1
Eastern Wood pewee
