[Va-bird] Black Bellied Whistling Duck @ Chincoteague NWR

Today (7/18/11) I drove to Chincoteague to see my first  Black Bellied 
Whistling Duck in VA.
Around 3:20 I found the duck hanging out with the Mallard flock  in the same 
location as last reported.  
I took Pictures and video of the bird and viewed it till 5:30.
