[Va-bird] Black-tailed Godwit at Chincoteague 3/13

The BLACK-TAILED GODWIT was present this evening in the same location as others
have reported. I got to enjoy it from about 6:30-7:15 with Todd Day. Many
thanks to Richard Rowe for refinding, correctly identifying and getting the
word out on this great bird.
