[Va-bird] Eastern Phoebe, Nesting Hawks in Ashburn

Five birders joined the Audubon Society of Northern Virginia's bird walk at 
Ashburn Park and Alder Lake today.  They got good views of nest-building 
activity by Red-shouldered and Cooper's Hawks and a nice variety of waterfowl, 
which included several male Ruddy Ducks in fresh breeding plumage.  They also 
heard the loud, persistent singing of an Eastern Phoebe -- FOS for most of 
them.  The full bird list:
