Fifteen birders participated in today's bird walk at Brown's Chapel/Lake
Newport in Reston. A Green Heron (FOS for many of the group), a perched
Osprey, two Blue-headed Vireos, and a Spotted Sandpiper were among the
highlights.
Reston Association, The Bird Feeder, and the Audubon Society of Northern
Virginia co-sponsor this series of regular walks at various parks and other
natural locations in Reston.
