[Va-bird] Broad-winged Hawks in Burke

When I arrived at White Oaks Elementary School in Burke (on Shiplett Blvd.) around 11:20 this morning, two Broad-winged Hawks (1 adult & 1 imm.) rose from the adjacent woods, circled overhead and then moved on out.
