[Va-bird] Charles City County and Jordan Point Area

I visited the Jordan Point area on the James River this a.m. and also a few 
location in Charles City County.  Birds of interest were 53 Forster's Terns, 2 
Caspian Terns and about 1000 Laughing Gulls in the general area of Jordan 
Point.  In Charles City County, I encountered a lone Upland Sandpiper.
