I conducted my Nightjar Survey Network route tonight and had quite a
good evening. Despite noise (the usual dogs, traffic, 3 low flying
chinook helicopters at my first stop, and a gospel band and choir
rehearsing later on- quite good too) I heard 8 Whips and 10 Chucks.
Also heard were a single Yellow-breasted Chat, and a Yellow-billed
Cuckoo.
