[VA-bird] Common Terns on Potomac River, Alexandria

Though in DC waters, Virginia birders can see Common Terns heading down the 
Potomac currently. It took us an hour, but Phil Kenny and I ultimately saw a 
flock of 10 from Tide Lock Park in Alexandria. The only other bird of note was 
a Merlin.
