Lynda and I went to Cumberland on Saturday morning and stayed for a
couple hours. We met a fellow-birder there and neither one of us can
remember her name...sorry. She had seen a number of birds different
than we had.
We saw quite a few birds, but not many cooperated for pictures. We were
down by the damn and Lynda hollered and pointed as a beautiful bald
eagle flew over. We were watching some other birtds in the marsh grass
and both of us missed getting his picture.
There are a couple birds in here still unidentified...any help is
appreciated.
Those we saw included:
Bald Eagle - 1
Cardinals - 12
Red-eyed Vireo - 1
BG Gnatcather - 6
Red wing black birds - 8
Yellow finch - 6
Brown Thrasher - 8
Wood ducks - 3
Northern Parula - 2
Blue Grosbeak - 6
Turkeys - 2
