The continuing Sabine's Gull, originally discovered by Paul Pisano, was
feeding above the floating mats of vegetation again today between about
1:20 PM and 2:20 PM when I left. I was observing the bird from Daingerfield
Island, Virginia as it flew over Washington DC waters between the island
and the end of the long wooden pier at the end of Reagan National Airport
runway approach.
