[Va-bird] Diascund Eurasian Wigeon NO, Hopewell Ash-throated Flycatcher YES 1/11/15

Mary Ames and I checked out the Diascund Reservoir with Alyssa and Bill
Salomon this afternoon, the Eurasian Wigeon was NOT found.  The number of
American Wigeon is much reduced from those seen at the end of 2014.

Afterwards we headed over to Hopewell and saw the Ash-throated Flycatcher
that Arun Bose had reported earlier in the day.
