Eagles, two and three at a time, were soaring low along the Potomac shore in
southeastern Fairfax County from Waynewood Boulevard south to near Mount
Vernon this morning for over an hour. Eagles are not unusual along this
stretch,
but seeing so much activity by these wonderful birds and three at a time was a
first for me. Could there be a seasonal movement down the Potomac underway?
