[Va-bird] FOS summer tanagers and grasshopper sparrows at Rappahannock NWR

At the Wilna unit pond and grasslands.
Other interesting migrants include prothonotary warblers, Northern parula, 
yellow warbler, yellow rumped, prairie, pine, ovenbird, Louisiana waterthrush, 
yellow-throated, common yellowthroat, white-eyed vireo, blue-gray gnatcatcher, 
and residents such as towhee, catbird, brown thrasher, phoebe, red-headed 
woodpecker, wood ducks, cedar waxwings, and nesting bald eagle with chick.  

This tract is open to the public daily from sunrise to sunset.
