Observation date: 3/10/11
Notes: Observed a pair of Starlings carrying nesting material into a
Wood Duck House located on a post in the pond.<br><br>Later a pair of Wood
Ducks flew in and swam over to another Wood Duck House and after a few
minutes they swam over to the house that the Starlings were using and after
later the male flew up and landed on the top of the house, where he was
joined by the female. She then flew back down onto the pond and then back
up and into the house. She stayed inside of the house for about 6 to 7
mintues before she came out.<br>
