I birded Franklin Park (near Purcellville) on Saturday morning for a few
hours and came up with 45 species. Highlights were 2 HORNED LARKS, 1 TREE
SWALLOW, 1 GRAY-CHEEKED THRUSH, 1 NASHVILLE WARBLER, and 6 sparrow species
including 1 SAVANNAH and 2 (imm) WHITE-CROWNED SPARROWS.
