Six birders braved the midsummer heat and turned out for the Dyke Marsh bird
walk, sponsored by the Friends of Dyke Marsh. These walks are held each week
on Sunday at 8:00 am and leave from the south parking lot at the Belle Haven
Picnic Area, on the George Washington Parkway just south of Alexandria.
