The Black-bellied Whistling Duck seen at Chincoteague NWR on 7/16 was being
seen on 7/17 as noted in the Sightings Book at the Visitor’s Center. I saw the
Duck at 5PM on the Wildlife Drive in the vicinity of a large group of Canada
Geese about a quarter of the way around the drive.
