Comments: Walked the loop around the dry pond and the xc trail through the
pine and oak woods. Found a box turtle (Pete, our 10th sighting since May 10,
2003) soaking in the stream after the heavy rain this AM. Some FOY birds and
one life bird for this location. Clouds breaking up. Humid 59F. Yesterday's
Baltimore Oriole could not be found. Yesterday's flock of chipping sparrows and
2 savannah sparrows could not be found.
