This is just a quick report, but the Golden-winged warbler team has
reported that GWWA, BWWA and Brewster's were seen on April 30th. Also,
after a trip to Laurel Fork on Sunday, I am happy to say that other
warblers are pretty fantastic in that area too! We did not spot a Canada
Warbler, but many others were present. SInce I am back and forth between
Highland and Charlottesville, I can't report first of season or arrival
dates, but hopefully I will have more updates on birding in Highland once I
am back full-time in June.
