I'm forwarding the response that I sent to Tony yesterday, as I also think it
is an immature female Pine Warbler. I am always amazed how drab they can be.

Looks like an immature female Pine Warbler - they can look remarkably
non-descript. There is an image in the Nat Geo guide which is similar.
