The ASNV walk at Silver Lake Regional Park this morning was led by Toby
Hardwick and Rick Purvis. The good weather gave us a total species count of
40. Highlights included the large number of redheads on the quarry, along
with a good variety of waterfowl. The pair of red-headed woodpeckers made
a late appearance, along with a yellow-bellied sapsucker.
