On this overcast Easter morning our group of eight identified 35 species. An
adult eagle appears to be feeding young in the nest on Conn Island.Activity at
the great blue heron rookery also on Conn Island has picked up. Ducks were in
short supply. All are welcome to join this regular Sunday walk that
meets at 8:00am in the visitors center courtyard. At times we are delayed by a
flock in the parking lot. Thanks to co-leader Sally Wechsler. __ Marshall
