Hi All:
An absolutely delightful bird walk today with the highlight the first of
season Louisiana waterthrush just singing away. We had terrific looks at brown
creeper and a very cooperative yellow-bellied sapsucker actually using it's
holes to suck sap. Clouds of swallows were back over the river. River level is
closer to normal however we saw no mallards. Amazing.
All are welcome on our walk. We meet at 8 am Sunday at the Visitor Center
Parking lot.
