VA Birders,
At 0820 Rosemarie and I birded Maryus Road - Guinea Marsh in Gloucester County.
Rain at 0920.
At the end of Maryus Road on right side , a nice flock of marsh sparrows were
observed. Below are listed the species that we were able to ID. Several other
birds there but not seen clearly.
5 Nelson’s Sparrows
2 Sharp-tailed Sparrows
2 Seaside Sparrows
2 Savannah Sparrows (Beth’s Lane / Maryus Road)
1 White-eyed Vireo (Beth’s Lane / Maryus Road)….singing.
