Visitors:
Very nice Frenchman hiking the AT who greatly enjoyed my water and some
conversing. Interested and knowledgeable couple from Massachusetts.
Weather:
First, it was cold. Then it was cold. Later it was cold.
Cloudy most of the day, but with good winds from the east side all day -
mid level Northward moving clouds and upper level movement from the west.

Raptor Observations:
Few migrants despite the steady wind. Continue on alert for the Afton
RTs. Today's challenge was differentiating locals from migrants. Ravens
seemed perturbed by migrants and were boisterous escorts.
Non-raptor Observations:
Initially chilly. Subsequently chilly. Finally chilly.
