Visitors:
Traffic on the Parkway was much the same as the ravens and TVs--few and far
between. No visitors stopped by today.
Weather:
Visibility was clear at 4-5 during the watch. Low gray clouds at 90-100%
coverage with constant NW winds at 3-4 Beaufort. Temperatures ranged from
6C ending at 2C. Add wind chill, and COLD was the operative word.
Raptor Observations:
All hawks observed came over the Knob and low enough to ID w/o binoculars.
Non-raptor Observations:
Several ravens and TVs but few and far between.
Predictions:
Winds from the north with cooler temperatures and clear skies.
