(CBBT) - Friday, November 22
Allen Larner with the Augusta Bird Club will be leading a weekend trip to
the Eastern Shore including an escorted tour of the restricted CBBT islands
#2, 3, and 4 on Friday, November 22.
There are available spaces to meet the maximum 15 per group. If you would
like to join us, please contact Brenda Tekin (brenda@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx;
434-962-4936) to reserve your spot and to receive the required security
form
that will need to be completed and returned to Brenda by no later than this
Thursday, November 14.
We will meet in the South Toll parking lot of the CBBT Authority by no
later
than 9:45 a.m. This is at the south end of the CBBT adjacent to the toll
booth. Participants will share the cost of the $50 per hour fee for the
police escort. Carpooling from the toll plaza is required by the CBBT to
limit number of vehicles.
Allen Larner will continue on up to Chincoteague and folks wishing to join
us will be most welcome. For more details contact Allen at
