Weather:
Cold, cold, cold with temperatures starting at -5C (22F) and reaching a
high of -3C,(27F)by end of watch. Clear blue sky with winds from the NW
entire watch at Beaufort 3 with gust of Beaufort 4.
Visibility at 5; 21-30Km.
Raptor Observations:
Adult BE late day rising from West side of knob then it circled North
toward Purgatory Mountain never to be seen again or at least by any one on
Harvey's Knob.
Non-raptor Observations:
This was primarily a "sit in car and peer" day. If you have not had this
experience you are cordially invited to join us. Thanks to Baron for
helping on this very chilly day and with those good eyes and braving the
elements from outside his car.
Predictions:
A little warmer but with good NW winds and maybe a cloud or two.
