Weather:
100% cloud cover in the morning giving way to 0% by end of watch. Winds
were variable, NNE, NW, WNW, E & SE.
Warm day through out the watch period.
Raptor Observations:
Nice showing of BW's all day and finally a late evening push of 187, 30 &
43 BW's pushing through. As was Wednesday, we watched several BW's come
down to the trees. Decent showing of SS's also
