Weather:
Weather people should not get paid!!!
The partly cloudy skies and Easterly winds predicted did not happen until
the 16:00 hour. Then skies cleared and the East winds started.
Cool temps today as the ceiling was about 3000 feet most of the day and no
Sun.
Winds were East, Variable and then East last two hours of watch.

Raptor Observations:
Nice morning flight on the East side of the MTN between the 10-11DST hour
with easterly winds, but then the winds shifted to Variable and the low
heavy ceiling never lifted and we saw the last stream go up into the muck
and we knew if the muck did not get out soon, we were gonna miss hawks. AND
WE MISSED EM!!!!
It basically shut down after that and was a very slow day.

Congrats to Candler Mtn. as with West winds they have gotten rewarded with
a great two day flight.

Non-raptor Observations:
Once the clouds started lifting, we got lots and lots of Swift activity.

Predictions:
Calling for light North East winds and mostly cloudy. Cannot wait to see
what will really happen. DO NOT BELIEVE THE WEATHER MAN.
