Winds calm for the entire watch with some gusts at Beaufort 2 and from the
NE and ENE. Clear with 30% cloud cover by days end. Temperatures from 1c
to 4C then to 2C. Visibility was 4 with haze until late day.
Raptor Observations:
TVs, Ravens and local Red-tailed not up until past noon.
Non-raptor Observations:
Very little traffic on PRP.
Predictions:
