Visitors:
The most incredible sighting of the day was Day. Yes, Todd himself
FINALLY, after years of threats, turned up at our overlook! A very pleasant
afternoon cut short by boredom.
Weather:
Slight breeze out of the SE, totally overcast. Temps much too warm for
the end of November.
Raptor Observations:
No vultures seen. Two Sharp-shinneds passed only to return heading
northward.
Non-raptor Observations:
Many Juncos, approx. 60, feeding on seed with WB Nuthatches (at least
5), and 1 red Fox Sparrow. Also noted were Piliated, Hairy, and Downey
Woodpecker, YB Sapsucker, both Chickadees, and a small flock of Waxwings.
Predictions:
Hopefully, more than 0 birds!
