I made a trip to Highland County on Friday to check on the presence of raptors
and finches. While the trip is always enjoyable, I only observed one
Rough-legged Hawk, no Golden Eagles, two Bald Eagles, very few finches and one
American Tree Sparrow. The Rough-legged Hawk,a male,
