pretty warm. Nice thermals. As the day went on things got higher and
higher. I'm quite certain it didn't hit 40 degrees but that's what I have
recorded so that's what's going in the data base. I don't recal writing it
so I don't know if the thermomiter was off or what was happening but I was
busy at the time. It was interesting to see the difference a change in
wind speed from 1 to 0 on the ground made in the flight. Everything went
from being half a mile away to right on top of us.
Raptor Observations:
11-12: BE= 3juvies, 1 4th yr. and 1 2nd year.
12-1: Be= 2 juvies.
Saw two juvies practicing their courting dives. That was cool. Also had
one crazy 87 bird hour.
Non-raptor Observations:
