Observers:
Weather:
Overcast skies and threatening rain for most of the day, but a few spots of
blue, too. Mild temperatures with light southerly winds.
Raptor Observations:
Very quiet. Birds that seem to have arrived for the winter include at least
two adult Cooper's Hawks and an adult Red-shouldered Hawk.
Non-raptor Observations:
Another 95 Red Crossbills heading south. Pretty amazing.
Other highlights include two White Ibis, four White-winged Scoters, one
Cave Swallow, and one Evening Grosbeak.
Predictions:
Fog early with cooler temps and breezy out of the northwest.
