Weather:
Fog covered the tower until 12 pm. Winds were steady at 3 to 5 mph from the
NE. Good background for seeing raptors. The winds aloft were from the NE.
Raptor Observations:
These were good flying conditions for the hawks except there were few
hawks. The first hawk of any kind including the locals did not arrive until
3:30.
Non-raptor Observations:
Not much in the way of migrants.
