Weather:
Completely overcast with low clouds of the outer bands of Irene moving
through. Winds shifted overnight to out of the NE to N, 12-19 km/h.
Noticeable drop in the barometric pressure, down to 992 by 10 a.m. EST and
then down to 991. Temp: 24.5c<23.6c; Rain, low clouds reducing visibility
moved in...Good night Irene!
Raptor Observations:
Pete Nebel spotted the two Merlin. One other raptor, an Osprey at 11:46.
Non-raptor Observations:
Ruby-throated Hummingbird - 2
Predictions:
Irene should be further up the coast and moving out of our area although
they are calling for brisk winds.
