Weather:
Cold and blustery. Temps low 40's. Wind W changing to NW for the final
hour. Dark, thick cloud cover. Still some visible snow cover on Great North
Mountain to our west.
Raptor Observations:
Ripping great day. Nearly everything barreling down the west side of the
ridge.
Non-raptor Observations:
298 Double-crested Cormorants, 34 Common Loons, 24 gull sp. Several small
flocks of CAGOs oddly heading due south rather than SE; skipping the
Chesapeake and going straight to North Carolina?
