Visitors:
Bruce Hill from Ashburn VA was a big help for most of the day. Doug
Downard from Bangkok, Thailand and his daughter Catherine from DC joined us
for several hours in the afternoon.
Weather:
Temps in high 60s (19-21degC), very high haze with light to no breeze (W).
Some sun and clearing in PM.
Raptor Observations:
Birds on both ridges with little or no help from thermals. SS and CH were
only birds with movement widely spaced. No large raptors. Even vultures
and ravens were strangely absent.
