Weather:
East winds, mostly cloudy skis, and mild seasonal temperatures - the key
ingredients for a good September migration day at the Gap. Temperature
averaged 20C, Humidity 65%, Pressure steady at 30.29, and Cloud Cover from
80% to 100%
Raptor Observations:
Bald Eagles: 1 Adult 10:04AM; 1 Adult 11:55AM; 1 Immature 12:33PM; 1
Immature 01:26 PM. First migrants were a Kettle of 6 Broad-wings at 9:06
AM; Last migrant was an Immature/Female Northern Harrier at 2:19PM.

Non-raptor Observations:
Many Tree Swallows (estimated 100-200) joined usual Chimney Swifts feeding
above the Gap in mid- to late-afternoon.
1 Great Blue Heron flying low across Gap, West to East, at 1:37 PM.
