Visitors:
Charlie stopped by to try out his new telephoto lens. Dave P and John
stopped by briefly. Bill and Katie were a great help. Joan stopped by at
the end of the day.
Weather:
Beautiful, if cold, day with temperatures ranging from 35-42F. Visibility
was the best I have ever seen. Winds were from the NW at a 4, but gradually
decreased to a 2 and shifting to the West. Mostly sunny conditions with
clouds at about 20% decreasing to 5%.
Raptor Observations:
All birds seen in the Western Valley. First bird was an Immature Bald Eagle
at 8:40a. A 3rd year BE was seen at 9:42a. A pair of mature BE's were seen
at 12:20p and 5 minutes later another pair of mature BE's were seen.
Non-raptor Observations:
Yellow billed cuckoo is still hanging around.
Predictions:
Little warmer. Not quite as windy.
