Visitors:
Lots of people driving through from all over, the most inquisitive from
Alabama.
Weather:
Good wind today from the west primarily in the 3-4 range with temperatures
from 57 to 62, good visibility at 4 and very few clouds, decreasing
throughout the day from 10% to 0%.
Raptor Observations:
First bird was a raven, last a pair of Red Tails. Sharpies primarily on
the west side with straight up variations. Falcons mostly straight up or
blowing to the east. Great help from David K., Matt, Austins.
Surprisingly, no eagles today.
Non-raptor Observations:
The most welcome appearance today was from Carl.....and he stayed a good
while, spotting with ease with usual humor. He also checked out the
recently renamed Carl side.
Predictions:
Good wind again, his time from the NW.
