A juvenile Cave Swallow is fluttering about in front of a building on the
VIMS campus. I'm wondering if it's OK (beyond the legal hurdles) to box
this little guy up and help him through the night. I can't imagine he'll
survive as bitter cold as it is supposed to get. Other than being cold and
looking confused, he seems fine (flies, watches bugs go by, etc.). If
anyone can advise, please do.
