There were three Great Egret, a Great Blue Heron, and a juvenile Green Heron
all present at the same time this afternoon at Ben Brenman Park in
Alexandria. Also, one Mallard with deformed lower bill.

Also, I could use some ID help on birds from Antelope Island. I can't make
up my mind whether one is a Long-billed Curlew or a Whimbrel. The other
picture in the gallery shows an unknown small shorebird along with some
American Avocets. I don't know if there is enough detail to ID the peep.
