[Va-bird] Hog Island WMA 3/2

Took advantage of the nice weather by visiting Hog Island WMA this  
morning.  Dominate species in terms of numbers were Canada Geese,  Green-winged 
Teal, American Coots, Scaup (sp) and Tundra Swans.  Also  nice to see the 
Ospreys back.  Final tally was 50 species.
