[Va-bird] Hooded Mergansers at Ben Brenman Park, Alexandria

While jogging this AM, I saw 2 pairs. One pair was on the small lake; the
other was on Holmes Run. This is a bit later for FOS than in recent
years at this spot, at least in my observation.
