[Va-bird] Hoodies and Buffleheads

Observed six HOODED MERGANSERS (3 male, 3 female) today in Chesterfield County. 
Also about 15 BUFFLEHEAD on the James at the Wetlands. That group had 12 male 
and 3 female. And a large group of AMERICAN COOT mixed with them.
