Joshua, Will, Elisa, and VA-birders,
Unfortunately, I did not relocate the Say’s Phoebe after the initial period
of observation on Monday morning. I encourage all to look for the bird. It
would be great to document another sighting.
The phoebe was a real jewel in what turned out to be a spectacular day of
birding. I tallied 49 species, with added highlights being Rusty Blackbird
(6) and nine sparrow species including Fox (3).
